Systems Engineer (Verification & Validation) – £65k/£55 per hour (Outside IR35) – Luton

The Systems Engineer (Verification & Validation) will focus on providing technical solutions at bid stage and also responsible for the following of tasks on complex programs within the organisation. You also have excellent requirement management skills.

Your focus will be:

• Experience of Technical solution production at the bid stage
• Responsible for the following tasks on complex programs
• Experience/knowledge of requirements management
• Exposure to systems integration and/or test experience of complex, high-reliability systems
• Experience of verification and validation (V&V) activities to achieve certification and acceptance
• Experience of working in multi-disciplined Engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able to generate high-quality documentation (test specifications, procedures & reports)
• Experience of defining verification methods and generating tests requirements/procedures
• Experience of showing traceability of V&V tests to systems requirements & generating/updating Verification Matrices (VCRMs)

Permanent:

• Salary £35,000 – £65,000 (depending on Candidate Experience) + Benefits
• UK citizenship is mandatory to be able to clear the background checks and obtain SC clearance
• Current valid SC clearance would be an advantage
