ASIC Senior Director of Silicon – Responsibilities

• Providing the Project Lead role with overall responsibility (or specific functions / deliverables) and team leadership for the cross-functional team within a development project.
• Working with Project and Technical Leads for the management of single or multi-site development projects.
• Working with the Marketing to set the product roadmap for the business.
• You will be responsible for the creation of Product Definition Response Document / project plans and negotiation for resources to execute on plans.
• Working with other project teams and management to ensure effective delivery of the product into the factory
• Proactively enhancing competence by implementing and enhancing procedures / work instructions.

ASIC Senior Director of Silicon – Essential Skills (Bold indicated high importance)

ASIC Senior Director of Silicon – Technical experience required:

• Ability to provide consultancy on wide range of issues
• Strong experience in system architecture and design
• Experience of design methodologies
• Experience of cross-discipline project development from specification to release.
• Risk analysis and mitigation
• Implementation of QA procedures.
• Whole product lifecycle.
