This position has already attracted interest from top-tier engineers from leading global semiconductor companies, and we’re now re-opening the search for a Principal Solutions Architect who bridges deep technical expertise with commercial impact.
This is a rare hybrid role — part technical architect, part client-facing problem solver — working directly with customers, sales teams, and internal engineering to define the next generation of intelligent hardware systems.
The Role
As a Principal Solutions Architect, you’ll be the technical linchpin for our sales and architecture organisation. You will guide customers through complex design and integration decisions while shaping the technical vision for advanced SoCs and AI hardware.
You’ll work across design, client, and architecture teams, being hands-on with full-chip bring-up and system definition, while also leading technical discussions, workshops, and solution presentations with strategic clients.
Your ability to ask the right qualifying questions, understand stakeholder objectives, and translate these into actionable design requirements will be critical to the success of both the client and the business.

Successful Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a senior, commercially aware architect who can navigate both technology and client engagement.
You’ll have a solid grounding in SoC design, system architecture, and Machine Learning, combined with the communication and commercial instincts to influence clients, shape technical solutions, and support strategic sales opportunities.
You’ll be the person that sales calls when they need someone to turn a customer’s “what if” into a technically sound “how.”

Salary and Package:
