Principal Solutions Architect- $200k – $300k – (US)
My clients specialist team is looking at add a Principal Solutions Architect to support my clients Sales Team based in the Bay Area and working with multiple customers, including Tier 1, to help them create solutions for their Graphics and Compute applications and workloads using my clients IP.
As well as working closely with the Sales, Application Engineering and Product team based in the US you will also be working with the Global internal experts across multiple disciplines.
Principal Solutions Architect’s Role & Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to ask and answer complex technical questions about their ASIC system considerations & GPUs, guiding them through the GPU selection process.
- Lead technical meetings and presentations, effectively communicating the value of the GPU IP offerings to customers.
- Overcome customer objections with professionalism and provide solutions that address their concerns and technical requirements.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact, building strong relationships and instilling confidence in customers that they are making a solid choice by selecting IP.
- Assist customers throughout the IP selection process, ensuring they have all the information and support they need to make informed decisions.
- Leverage an ASIC design background or design services experience to provide detailed insights and guidance on how GPU IP fits into various customer designs.
- Stay current with the latest trends in ASIC & GPU technology and IP, maintaining a strong hunger to learn and proactively seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and product management, to align technical solutions with customer needs.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while being able to quickly shift between priorities as needed.
Principal Solutions Architect’s Essential Skills:
- Deep understanding of GPU architecture and design is a distinct advantage.
- Significant first-hand experience in digital ASIC design or design services
- Strong understanding of the IP selection process and the ability to guide customers through it.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to handle objections, problem-solve, and build trust with customers.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Strong team player who collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Salary and Package:
- Competitive Basic Salaries Ranging From $200k – $300k (Depending on Level and experience)
